Based in Toronto, Canada, Constant Power is a developer, integrator, and operator of distributed energy resources through our Energy Storage as a Service (ESaaS) solution. ESaaS is a combination of advanced battery storage and energy management controls offered through a service contract.

Miranda is an established energy, sustainability and finance professional with experience across the corporate, non-profit, and government sectors. Most recently Miranda was the Managing Director of Rocky Mountain Institute’s Business Renewables Center, driving innovation in advanced energy to improve national security, drive economic gains, and solve climate challenges. Prior to RMI, she was appointed by U.S. President Obama and confirmed by the Senate to be the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force (Installations, Environment, and Energy). Under her leadership as the Air Force’s most senior energy official, Miranda launched the Resilient Energy Demonstration Initiative, which developed and oversaw designs for smart, cyber-secure microgrids. She was additionally responsible for 170 Air Force installations, a $9 billion annual energy budget, a $4.5 billon construction budget, national environmental conservation and restauration initiatives, as well as managing 50,000 engineers worldwide. Prior to the Air Force, Miranda served as the Director of Sustainability for Global Renewable Energy & Sustainable Facilities at Walmart Stores internationally and held executive roles at David Gardiner & Associates including Vice President of Investor Analysis and Chief Operating Officer. She holds a B. Sc in Neuro-Psychology from Colorado State University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude, and a Masters of Business Administration from George Washington University, where she finished in the top 5% of her class. She lives in Washington, DC with her husband, Roger Ballentine, and her daughter and step-daughter.
Mike LeClair, B.Sc., ICD.D is Chief Investment Officer of Constant Power and brings a wealth of finance, strategy, M&A, and investment banking. Michael is President and CEO of GML Legacy Corp., a strategic advisory firm and has held top executive positions including Managing Director of IAM Private Debt Group, CEO of Westpark Healthcare Foundation and head of M&A for North and South America for Chubb Security. Additionally, Mr. LeClair chairs the Advisory Board of Arrowhead Healthcare Centres, is Vice-Chair of Westpark Hospital Foundation, and is a Board member for The Change Foundation and Envest Corporation. Mike is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and received his ICD.D designation from the Rotman School of Business in 2009.
Daniel McCormick, CFA, is the Vice President, Sales for Constant Power. Daniel has over 18 years of experience in capital markets, corporate finance and renewable energy both domestically and internationally. As the Co-founder and Managing Partner of Episolar, he oversaw the development of the largest solar energy project in West Africa (Ghana 50MW AC). His diverse background spans both the energy and financial sectors including the designing and marketing of innovative financial offerings and founding Siginik Energy, a successful Ontario rooftop solar developer. Daniel is Board Chairman of St. Simon’s Shelter, a Toronto based men’s homeless shelter. Daniel holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Bryan Elliott is a driven entrepreneur and innovative leader. He is the Founder and Chairman of Constant Power Inc (CPI). In addition to his work at CPI, Bryan is a highly respected veteran of the supermarket HVAC industry. He is Founder, CEO and Chairman of Consolidated Energy Solutions, Inc. (CES), a developer and manufacturer of specialized energy efficient HVAC solutions for supermarket customers throughout the Americas. An active philanthropist, Bryan created BEE Me Kidz, a New Brunswick based charitable foundation focused on providing school aged children from lower socio-economic areas a program to boost self-worth and resiliency. He is also a keen supporter of several other charitable organizations and foundation. He is a graduate of University of New Brunswick and is a Professional Engineer.
Gregory W. Rumble
Gregory W. Rumble is the Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of TransForce, a North American trucking and logistics company. Gregory is also a President of Contrans, a trucking and logistics company that was acquired by Transforce in 2013. Gregory is a 1976 graduate of the Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario and holds his CPA and CA designations.
Mark Gaskin is Chairman and Managing Director of Manitou Investments. He co-founded Cranston, Gaskin, O’Reilly & Vernon Investment Counsel in 1995, retiring in 2008. Prior to CGOV, Mark spent five years as a partner and vice-president of Beutel, Goodman & Company. Mark is a graduate of the University of Toronto and has been a board member and trustee of several charitable organizations and private companies including Branksome Hall, The Appleby College Foundation, the Canadian Diabetes Association and Canadian General Tower Limited. He presently serves on the Advisory Board of Consolidated Energy Solutions Inc. and the Board of Governors of Appleby College.
P. Anthony Ennis
P. Anthony Ennis is President of Round Oak Management Ltd., a strategic advisory firm. He has been active in many industries, including real estate, trucking, energy and professional services. His activity includes advising shareholders, management teams and financiers. Tony is also on the Advisory Board of CES Inc., and is Past Chair of Westpark Hospital Foundation.
Charles R. Zimmerman
Charles R. Zimmerman is President of Global VE, LLC., and brings a wealth of design, construction and energy efficiency experience. Charles has held top executive positions including most recently as Vice-President of Design and Construction for the International Division of Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. Mr. Zimmerman has held various Design and Construction related positions in both the US and International Divisions of Wal-Mart since 1989. From 2005 until 2008 Mr. Zimmerman also led the “Sustainable Buildings Network” at Wal-Mart. This network, among other things, was charged with increasing the overall energy efficiency of new and existing buildings in the US by 20-30 percent. Most recently, Mr. Zimmerman was focused on Wal-Mart’s corporate energy efficiency goal of reducing the energy intensity of their buildings around the world by a further 20% by 2020 (which was exceeded in 2015).
