Based in Toronto, Canada, Constant Power is a developer, integrator, and operator of distributed energy resources through our Energy Storage as a Service (ESaaS) solution. ESaaS is a combination of advanced battery storage and energy management controls offered through a service contract.

Bryan Elliott, P.Eng., is Co-founder, Chairman and CEO of Constant Power. Additionally, he is the Founder and CEO of CES Inc., a developer and manufacturer of specialized energy efficient HVAC solutions for supermarket customers throughout the Americas. Bryan is also the founder of BEE Me Kidz, a New Brunswick based charitable foundation focused on providing school aged children from lower socio-economic areas a program to boost self worth and resiliency. Bryan supports several other charitable organizations and foundations. Bryan is a graduate of University of New Brunswick and is a professional engineer.
Mike LeClair, B.Sc., ICD.D is Chief Investment Officer of Constant Power and brings a wealth of finance, strategy, M&A, and investment banking. Michael is President and CEO of GML Legacy Corp., a strategic advisory firm and has held top executive positions including Managing Director of IAM Private Debt Group, CEO of Westpark Healthcare Foundation and head of M&A for North and South America for Chubb Security. Additionally, Mr. LeClair chairs the Advisory Board of Arrowhead Healthcare Centres, is Vice-Chair of Westpark Hospital Foundation, and is a Board member for The Change Foundation and Envest Corporation. Mike is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and received his ICD.D designation from the Rotman School of Business in 2009.
Shelley Pacheco is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Constant Power. Shelley brings 20 years of human capital management leadership to Constant Power. Her broad experiences include providing diverse organizational development, transformation strategy, human resource operations and leadership growth and development to businesses ranging from global companies to technology start-ups, including D-Link Canada and Alberici. Shelley also advises charitable organizations Bee Me Kidz and The Agape Addiction Foundation in matters relating to human resources. She is a certified Human Resource Professional, Certified Professional Coach, and holds certifications in a number of human capital performance assessments instruments and techniques.
Daniel McCormick, CFA, is the Vice President, Sales for Constant Power. Daniel has over 18 years of experience in capital markets, corporate finance and renewable energy both domestically and internationally. As the Co-founder and Managing Partner of Episolar, he oversaw the development of the largest solar energy project in West Africa (Ghana 50MW AC). His diverse background spans both the energy and financial sectors including the designing and marketing of innovative financial offerings and founding Siginik Energy, a successful Ontario rooftop solar developer. Daniel is Board Chairman of St. Simon’s Shelter, a Toronto based men’s homeless shelter. Daniel holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Frank Bajc is Principal Consultant for Constant Power. Frank has over 30 years of experience in energy business development, project development, construction, start up and production operations in power plant and downstream oil and gas and petrochemical facilities. His expertise in industrial processes allows him to have a unique perspective on client energy needs. Over the past 10 years, he has participated as a senior and executive member of development and construction teams that have closed on over 3,500 MWs, representing $4 billion in new thermal and renewable energy projects in domestic and foreign energy markets.
Gregory W. Rumble
Gregory W. Rumble is the Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of TransForce, a North American trucking and logistics company. Gregory is also a President of Contrans, a trucking and logistics company that was acquired by Transforce in 2013. Gregory is a 1976 graduate of the Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario and holds his CPA and CA designations.
Mark Gaskin is Chairman and Managing Director of Manitou Investments. He co-founded Cranston, Gaskin, O’Reilly & Vernon Investment Counsel in 1995, retiring in 2008. Prior to CGOV, Mark spent five years as a partner and vice-president of Beutel, Goodman & Company. Mark is a graduate of the University of Toronto and has been a board member and trustee of several charitable organizations and private companies including Branksome Hall, The Appleby College Foundation, the Canadian Diabetes Association and Canadian General Tower Limited. He presently serves on the Advisory Board of Consolidated Energy Solutions Inc. and the Board of Governors of Appleby College.
P. Anthony Ennis
P. Anthony Ennis is President of Round Oak Management Ltd., a strategic advisory firm. He has been active in many industries, including real estate, trucking, energy and professional services. His activity includes advising shareholders, management teams and financiers. Tony is also on the Advisory Board of CES Inc., and is Past Chair of Westpark Hospital Foundation.
Charles R. Zimmerman
Charles R. Zimmerman is President of Global VE, LLC., and brings a wealth of design, construction and energy efficiency experience. Charles has held top executive positions including most recently as Vice-President of Design and Construction for the International Division of Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. Mr. Zimmerman has held various Design and Construction related positions in both the US and International Divisions of Wal-Mart since 1989. From 2005 until 2008 Mr. Zimmerman also led the “Sustainable Buildings Network” at Wal-Mart. This network, among other things, was charged with increasing the overall energy efficiency of new and existing buildings in the US by 20-30 percent. Most recently, Mr. Zimmerman was focused on Wal-Mart’s corporate energy efficiency goal of reducing the energy intensity of their buildings around the world by a further 20% by 2020 (which was exceeded in 2015).
Miranda Ballentine has held numerous top executive positions, including being appointed by President Obama and confirmed by the U.S. Senate to be the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force (Installations, Environment and Energy), where she was responsible for a $9 billion annual energy budget, a $4.5 billion construction budget and environmental, conservation and compliance programs.
Ms. Ballentine also served as the Director of Sustainability for Global Renewable Energy & Sustainable Facilities at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. In this role, she led a team of 60+ colleagues from fifteen countries to develop strategies toward Wal-Mart’s goal to be supplied by 100% renewable energy. These programs identified over $1 billion in potential annual energy savings and 9 million metric tons of avoided GHG potential. Ms. Ballentine served as a relationship architect, successfully building dozens of NGO partnerships to minimize negative public-facing campaigns and capitalize on NGO expertise.
Ms. Ballentine was also the VP of Investor Analysis and COO at David Gardiner & Associates where she supported multi-million-dollar investment plans, by analyzing company’s’ off-balance sheet risks and opportunities.? Ms. Ballentine holds a BSC in Neuro-Psychology from Colorado State University and an MBA from George Washington University. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the National Wildlife Federation, is an Advisory Board Member of the Electric Infrastructure Security Council Inc., and serves on the Advisory Board of Consolidated Energy Solutions Inc.
